Terms of service
Last updated: 17 October 2026
These terms apply to every quote and order with 3D⁶⁰, the studio brand of ENTHEUM E.E. (“we”, “us”). “Consumer” means a client who orders for purposes outside their trade or profession. “Business client” means anyone else. Where a section is addressed to one of them, it says so. Nothing here limits the rights that the law gives consumers.

02What we do
We offer 3D design and modelling, prototyping, FDM 3D printing, renders and animation. The exact scope of each job is what the accepted quote says.
03Quotes and orders
- Quotes are free and not binding.
- A quote is valid for 30 days from its date, unless it says otherwise.
- An order exists only when we confirm it in writing (for example by email) after you have accepted a quote.
- If the job changes after the quote (a different file, size, material or quantity), we will send an updated quote before going on.
- Lead times we state are estimates, unless we agree a delivery date in writing.
04Prices and VAT
Prices quoted to consumers include VAT. For business clients, the quote states whether VAT is included.
05Payment
You can pay in cash, by card or by bank transfer, or by another method agreed in the quote. The quote states when payment is due.
06Delivery and pickup
- Within Athens we can deliver for an extra fee that depends on the location.
- Outside Athens, delivery is by arrangement.
- You can collect from the studio, by arrangement.
07Cancellation after work has started
If you cancel an order after we have started work, you pay for the work done and the materials used up to that point. We will tell you what that amounts to. Consumer withdrawal rules (see below) still apply where they are relevant.
08Files and references you send us
You confirm that you have the right to use, and to have us reproduce, every file, design or reference you send us, and that doing so does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, design or other rights.
We may refuse or stop any job that infringes someone’s rights, is illegal, or is unsafe. In that case we will tell you, and we will charge only for work already done at your request.
09Confidentiality and your files
Your files and project details are confidential. We use them only to do your job and we never share them with anyone else. We will sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) if you ask.
We keep your files for 12 months after delivery, so you can re-order, and then delete them, unless we agree otherwise with you.
10Designs we create
We keep the copyright in the design files we create. Once you have paid in full, you receive the deliverables named in the quote and the right to use them for the purpose agreed in the quote.
We hand over source files, or transfer copyright, only under a separate written agreement.
11Showing our work
We may photograph finished work and show it in our portfolio and on social media. We will not do so if you ask us not to, or if the job is confidential. We never publish your files.
12FDM printing: what is normal
FDM printing builds parts layer by layer. The following are part of the process and are not defects:
- visible layer lines, most noticeable on curved and sloping surfaces;
- small dimensional tolerances; if a fit matters, tell us before the quote and we will say what is realistic;
- colour variation between filament batches, so a reprint or a later order may not match the first exactly.
Printed parts are not certified for safety-critical, load-bearing, food-contact or medical use, or for lasting outdoor use, unless we have agreed that in writing.
13Consumers: withdrawal and your statutory rights
Made-to-order items. An item we make to your specification, or that is clearly personalised, is excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Once you confirm such an order, you cannot withdraw from it.
Design services ordered at a distance. If you are a consumer and you order design services online, by email or by phone, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of the day the contract is made, without giving a reason. If you want us to start within those 14 days, we will start only after you ask us to and confirm it in writing. If you then withdraw, you pay for the work done up to the moment you told us, in proportion to the whole service. If the service is completely performed within the 14 days, with your express agreement to start and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal once it is fully performed, you can no longer withdraw.
To withdraw, send a clear statement to 3d60gr@gmail.com. You do not have to give a reason.
Legal guarantee. Whatever the product or service, you keep every right the law gives you, including the legal guarantee of conformity for goods and, where it applies, for digital content and services. If something is not as agreed, contact us and we will put it right as the law provides: repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits those rights.
14Liability
This section applies to business clients only. For business clients, our liability for any one order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit, lost business or loss of data. We are not liable for how a part is used or whether it suits a purpose beyond what the quote states.
These limits do not apply to anything the law does not allow us to limit, including intent, gross negligence, and death or personal injury.
For consumers, our liability is as the law provides. These terms do not reduce any consumer right.
15Your data
How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy.
16Governing law and courts
Greek law applies. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction. This does not affect a consumer’s right to bring a claim before the courts that would otherwise be competent for them.
If you are a consumer and have a complaint, write to 3d60gr@gmail.com first. We will answer in good faith.
17Language and changes
These terms exist in Greek and English. If the two differ, the Greek version prevails.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one in force on the date of the quote.
