02What we collect and why
We collect personal data only when you send us the quote form. There are two kinds of request.
Start a project: your name, email address, phone number (optional), a description of what you want made, a link to your files or references (optional), the material and colour you prefer, the quantity, a rough size, the date you need it by (optional), and your budget or “not sure”.
Just a question: your name, email address and your message.
Both: the language of the page you used (English or Greek) and a reference number the form generates. Your name and email address are needed to reply to you; the other fields are there to help us quote accurately, and you can leave the optional ones empty. Please do not put sensitive personal data in free-text fields.
We use this data for two purposes:
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. This is a step taken at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To protect the form from spam and abuse. This is our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). The form measures how long it took to send, and counts links in the text fields. Requests that look like spam are still delivered, marked as possible spam, so a real enquiry is not lost.
If your enquiry becomes an order, we also use your details to carry out the contract and to issue invoices and keep the records the law requires (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not build profiles, and we do not make automated decisions about you. We do not sell your data.
03Your IP address
To limit how many requests one person can send in an hour, the server briefly holds your IP address in memory. It is not written to a database or a file by our code, and it is forgotten when the hour is up or the server restarts. It is not included in the email we receive.
Our hosting provider may keep ordinary technical server logs (which can include IP addresses) to run and secure its service. We do not control or use those logs.
04Who handles your data
We use three providers to run the website and receive enquiries. They process data on our behalf, under their own terms and data-protection commitments.
- Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus (EU), our hosting provider. It hosts the website and runs the server that receives the form.
- Resend, which sends the form to our inbox as an email. Our account uses Resend’s EU region.
- Google (Gmail), where enquiries arrive and where our replies are written.
Resend and Google are US companies. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the standard safeguards these providers offer under GDPR. You can ask us for more detail.
We share your data with no one else, except where the law requires it (for example, with tax authorities for customer records).
05How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become an order are deleted after 2 years.
- If you become a customer, we keep the records connected to your order (such as invoices) for as long as Greek tax law requires.
- Files and project details you send us for an order are kept for 12 months after delivery, in case you want to re-order, and then deleted, unless we agree otherwise with you.
If sending an email from the form fails, our server log records only the reference number and the kind of error. It never records the content of your enquiry.
06Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- access the data we hold about you and get a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict how we use it;
- object to processing that is based on our legitimate interest;
- receive the data you gave us in a portable format.
To use any of these, email 3d60gr@gmail.com. We answer within one month. We may need to confirm that the request really comes from you.
You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα), dpa.gr. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
07Cookies and browser storage
This website sets no cookies. It has no analytics, no advertising and no social-media trackers.
The quote form keeps what you have typed in your browser’s session storage (one entry, “3d60:quote-draft”), so your text is not lost if you move between the Contact page and the quote form. It stays in your browser, is never sent to us, is deleted when you send the form or close the tab, and is used only to give you the feature you are using.
Because we only use storage that is needed to provide what you ask for, we do not show a cookie banner.
The fonts, images, video and 3D models on this site are served from our own server, so visiting a page does not send your IP address to Google Fonts or any content network. Links to other sites, such as Instagram or entheum.com, open only when you click them, and those sites have their own policies.
08Changes
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and its date. For a change that matters to you, we will say so on the quote form.
